1. Scope

1.1 These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) apply to your use of websites and digital services operated by Partyro UG (haftungsbeschränkt), Wilmersdorfer Str. 25a, 10585 Berlin, Germany (“Partyro”, “we”, “our”, “us”).

1.2 Our products currently include Let's Join and Togethina. Product-specific terms may also apply; where they conflict for that product, the product-specific terms prevail for that product.

1.3 By accessing our websites or creating an account in a Partyro product, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

2. Services

2.1 Partyro provides technology platforms that help people discover and participate in real-life activities. Depending on the product, this may include posting or joining hangouts, booking experiences with third-party providers, messaging within a product context, and related features.

2.2 We do not guarantee that any offline meetup, booking, or third-party experience will meet your expectations. Offline interactions occur between users and/or third-party providers; Partyro facilitates discovery and coordination, not the physical meetup or experience itself (unless expressly stated otherwise).

3. Eligibility and accounts

3.1 You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering a binding contract to use our Services, unless a product expressly permits a different age subject to applicable law.

3.2 You are responsible for keeping access to your account secure and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and must not impersonate others.

3.3 We may suspend or terminate accounts for misuse, fraud, or violation of these Terms or applicable product rules.

4. User conduct

You agree not to:

• Harass, threaten, discriminate against, or endanger others.
• Post illegal, deceptive, or harmful content.
• Use the Services for unlawful commercial spam or scams.
• Circumvent bans, blocks, or safety features.
• Scrape, reverse engineer, or overload the Services without permission.

5. Fees

Some Services are free; others may charge fees (for example bookings). Prices and any fees are shown before you complete a purchase. Paid features may be subject to additional terms shown at purchase.

6. Content and intellectual property

6.1 You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, display, reproduce, and moderate that content as needed to operate and improve the Services.

6.2 Partyro branding, software, and website design are owned by Partyro or its licensors. You may not copy or reuse them without written consent.

7. Safety

You meet other people and attend activities at your own risk. Prefer public venues, use common sense, and leave if you feel unsafe. Report concerns to dev@partyro.com.

8. Liability

8.1 We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence, and for injury to life, body, or health.

8.2 For slight negligence we are liable only for breach of essential contractual duties, limited to foreseeable typical damage.

8.3 To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for the conduct of users or third-party providers offline, or for indirect or consequential damages including loss of enjoyment, profit, data, or opportunity.

8.4 The Services are provided “as is” subject to mandatory consumer rights under German and EU law.

9. Data protection

Personal data is processed in accordance with the GDPR and our Privacy Policy.

10. Changes and termination

10.1 We may update features or these Terms. Material changes will be communicated on this website or in-product where appropriate. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance unless prohibited by law.

10.2 You may stop using the Services and delete your account where the product allows. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms or to protect users and the Services.

11. Applicable law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany, excluding conflict-of-law rules. If you are a consumer resident in the EU, mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence may also apply. The exclusive place of jurisdiction for merchants and for users with no general jurisdiction in Germany is Berlin, Germany.

12. Final provisions

If any provision is invalid, the remaining provisions remain in effect. The invalid provision shall be replaced by one that closest reflects the original intent.
